Perbersit: 200 gr majonez 1 thelpi udhre 1 lemon te zakonshem 30-40gr vaj ulliri 3 gr safran plur krip,piper sipas deshires Pergatitja: Ne nje ene te thelle i hedhim te gjitha perbersit dhe i bashkojme te gjitha bashke me nje tel kuzhine i trazojme sa te behen nje maze e vetme. Perdoret per peshke te ndryshem, ose sallatra, e tjera.
